G'day g'day

Crikey, April is nearly over. Of course, we've been crazy busy with things like the Yackandandah Folk Festival, working away in the studio on new recordings and piecing together the plans for our 2010 Asian tour.

Still plenty of chances to catch up with us in Melbourne and around Australia though, and that's what we're pluggin' today!

SingFest 2010, Robina QLD - a workshop and a competition set in our first visit to the Sunshine State.

Friday May 7
Get Vocal Festival, Melbourne. This is the big one, folks! Be there! With Aluka and ManChoir.

Friday May 14, 7.30-10.30pm
Central Hall, ACU Melbourne - feature set at the ACU Performing Arts gala fundraiser.

Get Vocal 2010

There's only a couple of weeks to go before Melbourne's first contemporary a cappella festival kicks off, featuring... Well, us, plus a list of who's who in the flourishing Aussie a cappella scene.

Now's the time to get your bookin' on folks, whether it's for one of the four big performance nights, the workshop sessions or the professional development days specifically designed for music teachers. The festival runs all weekend from May 6-9 at Chapel off Chapel, and there's lots of chances to socialise with other singers and singing fans between and after events.

This whole vocal music thing... If it looks like fun, that's because it is! Come down, check out some of the groups and maybe even have a dab yourself! :)

So there's lots going on in the next month or two and we hope to see you at one or more of these events!
